A little about me…
Noelle is a lifelong math nerd who had the incredible luck of entering the tech industry just as Data Science became a thing. Over the last 15+ years, she has championed data-driven strategies, led high-performing data science teams and delivered actionable insights to optimize business performance for numerous companies across industry verticals.
Her approach to Data Science as a discipline is collaborative and cross-functional: successful models do not exist in a vacuum, and neither do data scientists. She has partnered closely with design, product, and engineering teams to foster a data-driven culture and products.
Noelle is currently the Head of Research Analytics (AI & ML) at Fortrea, where she drives innovative solutions in clinical research as a leader in the AI/ML Rapid Development Studio.
Previously, she held leadership roles at Salesforce and Pivotal. At DataKind, she led global projects for social impact organizations under DataKind’s Economic Resilience portfolio.
